How much does it cost to rent and what is included? For pricing, download your copy of the 2023 Colorado Dream Come True package.

How do I reserve a weekend? Visit our website for available 2023 weekend dates. Then email your request for 1st & 2nd choice

Is the package less if I have fewer guests? Our capacity of 150 guests is available for every wedding with the same stunning views and amenities for every size wedding. We do not offer tiered pricing.

How do we pay? After we’ve both signed a contract via PandaDoc, we set up monthly payments through a Quickbooks invoice.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by? Please schedule a family tour so we may give you our undivided attention. We also have a virtual video tour and iGuide tour.

What is the average total budget of a couple getting married at Paradise Ranch? We understand that most brides have a wedding budget. That is why we always ask what your total budget is. Couples save many thousands of dollars on rentals and decor buy using our premier collections. Remember when comparing venues to allow for these inclusions. The average is $22,000-$28,000.

Is there a food and beverage, or guest count minimum? No, we don’t have minimums. We have a 150 guest count max and our rehearsal dinner max is 50.

What about alcohol for the reception? We allow you to bring your alcohol, mixers, beer and wine. Using a bulk discount store will save you money. We also offer delivery service from our local liquor store here in Pagosa Springs with a refund option for unopened, undamaged bottles.

What about the reception dinner? We allow you to arrange your own caterer. We offer a list of vendors we trust, but you can use anyone.

Do you require event insurance? Yes, we ask that you purchase a policy that also includes us as the “insured with liquor liability”. The cost is about $175 for 150 people and covers the entire weekend. Links to several companies are on our vendor list.

Will there be another wedding on the same day? No. You have exclusive private use of the ranch and all the amenities during your contracted rental time.

What is the lodging that is included? The Colorado Dream Come True Package includes 2 nights in our Ranch house and bunkhouse.

What other lodging accommodations are close by? We have many options nearby. Our vendors list will help your guests find accommodations. Ask about our affiliates with block room rates.

Do you allow RV’s on your property? No, we don’t have RV sites on property, however there are ample sites less than 1 mile away with full hook ups and shower facilities.

How many cars will your parking lot hold? We can comfortably accommodate 65 vehicles and this will accommodate our 150 guest maximum. We suggest guests arrive 30-40 minutes before your scheduled ceremony time.

Do you have handicapped parking? Yes. We have areas up close designated for guests convenience. Our parking attendants will direct guests to this area.

Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day? Couples are allowed to include their dogs (up to 2) in the ceremony and for pictures, but they need to be secured on a leash with someone responsible for them onsite. They are not allowed in the buildings or pavilion unless they are service animals.

What happens in case of rain? What Coloradans say is, “Wait 20 minutes and the weather will change.” Our timber pavilion serves as the covered site for inclement weather.

What time will I have access to the venue? Access is at 11:am on Friday.

Will we be allowed access to the property before the wedding for engagement photos or family photos? Yes, we invite you to attend one of our open houses. You are also welcome to come back to take anniversary, maternity or family pictures during an open house. Please RSVP here for an open house.

How do you help us organize our wedding? Paradise Ranch has a dedicated in house Wedding Coordinator included in your package. After initial onboarding, our coordinator works closely with you from 6 weeks out to the last dance on your wedding night.
